When a repairer called Lee from Universal Windscreens arrived I noticed straight away his van was spotless, and when he knocked on my door I was met with a big smile, shake of the hand and "hello my name's Lee and I'll be replacing your windscreen for you, sir".

Great start. I felt comfortable with Lee and I was glad of this because he would be working on my new toy, my Mini Cooper JCW. He then asked me to accompany him to my car so we could go around it together and check for any bodywork damage.

He then inspected the new screen for damage and double-checked it was correct for my car. He THEN put sheets on my car inside and out and taped around the windscreen area. This made me feel very comfortable indeed. About an hour later he was done. The finish was wonderful. He even gave my dash a clean!
